From teacher to instructional designer, my passion for learning has always driven me to help others grow and reach their full potential.  Throughout my career, I've worn many hats - teacher, coach, curriculum designer, learning consultant, professional trainer. But the common thread? A dedication to transforming complex information into engaging experiences that equip learners with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in their roles and contribute to organizational growth.

Rubber Duck Learning was born from the desire to empower organizations. I believe that by analyzing organizational challenges and crafting targeted learning solutions, I can equip employees with the knowledge and skills they need to become happier, more productive, and ultimately, more effective contributors to the organization's success.
